Happy Monday everyone!!!
I will join you in eating clean on phase 2 and starting
exercise program (Wii fit). I would like to get the Wii Active also.
I might be going to Vegas in February and meeting a friend I haven't seen in over 20 years - well either way I will see her then. I want to look better than I do now. So good inspiration to get my bottom in gear.

SBD Thanksgiving
I am planning on staying OP for Thanksgiving. I've been searching for recipes and here is my menu so far. I'm hoping other's will share theirs. Too many changes, too many odd eating situations (like being in for the
time change last night and having management bring us pizza - which they've *never* done before), too much fatigue from crazy schedules...
I'm not feeling terribly hopeful about weighing in tonight when I get up for the day.
Not going to make me throw in the towel or anything - I brought healthy food ...
