Scalloped Potatoes 6 med potatoes (2 pounds) cut into 1/8" slices 1 can condensed cream of onion soup 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk (2/3cup) 1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimentos, undrained (optional) 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper 1. Spray inside of 3 & 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. 2. Mix all ingredients; pour into cooker. 3. Cover & cook on low setting 10-12 hours or until potatoes are tender. 8 servings...

That does seem like a lot of potato for the amount of flour considering how large sweet potatoes can be. That would actually be a recipe flaw, 3 sweet potatoes can mean a very large range of amount. It could really use some seasoning too. I don't know what you'd do with it beyond eating it as a sweet bread. Maybe you could toast it in the oven? Bread pudding would just be a gloppy mess if it's ...

That looks pretty much like my mom's dumpling recipe except it calls for dried parsley. Makes the dumplings a little prettier, instead of just pasty blobs.
