Looks like a Momo or something? Looks good in there but I liked that wood one. I hope to go that route someday For the record, I have Grant wheels in both the truck and Stang, niether horn works as it should. Intermittent at best and even then the current transfer is weak si it sounds like one horn. I think the buttons are made of crappy metal so contact isn't that good. Ron

Wire the car accordingly for the big alternator. 140 amps requires some serious wire. _________________ Rande N4ZYV 1966 I6 Coupe. 1965 Jeep Gladiator 1937 International Pickup 1937 Chevy pickup

I am going to assume your goal is to get it running. With that in mind, I would recommend the following: Rebuild the carb. It needs a good cleaning and a rebuilt kit. Replace spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Replace the belts. Drain the gas tank and fill it up with good, high octane gas. Replace the air filter. Flush the radiator and cooling system and replace with new antifreeze. Change ...

Check the accelerator pump circuit. Specifically the discharge nozzle and the throttle bracket cam. I don't know the Holley 350cfm 2v's well, but I suspect yours looks like the primary side only of the 4v's. Sounds like the accelerator system is discharging too heavy or too quickly and over-richening the intake charge. A smaller discharge nozzle will make a longer shot of fuel, as opposed to ...
