Or really clever. Think about it, the internet is a tool for the masses to communicate anonymously and uncensored. With things like Project Camelot and Wikileaks the internet has the potential to undermine governments and expose the artificial exploitation inherent in the capitalist system. Banning the internet is so simple, so unprecendented, but who knows, maybe this is another step towards a censored, regulated and restricted internet.
