Did I break it?

I had this happen to and mine was fine. I don't think the force from it rotating like that is strong enough to bend a valve. I think you should be good.

compression test and leak down test first, if he replaced the headgasket it was most likely smoking before, so what i do is waste gas and time if you have some and put it on jacks on level surface and just let it run till it warms up and look at everything i can to see exactly wats smoking and where from.

The size of the collector openings are both 6 cm^2, but the A/R on the T25 turbine housing is .48 or .49, slight different than the 14b.

For the loose shifter, pull off the center console and check all of the shifter bolts. That should solve the problem. My shifter was a little loose and that fixed it for me.

Definitely check the plugs for color and pitting on the electrode. Sounds like a boost leak as you said. If it still has the stock UICP and LICP, check those real well. I've had them leak some kind of bad before.

Does it idle normally when the engine is warm? I bieleve the idle is controlled by the computer to make it idle high and warm up faster but im not real sure. It still shouldn't be going up and down though. If its taking a long time to warm up, your thermostat is probably stuck open. You should replace it and see if it helps.

Take out the plugs and rotate by hand, if its smooth than check compression. If compression is good than you should be golden. To truely know though, you'll need to visually inspect it, but there wasn't much force present to really bend anything, I don't think.

Make sure there isnt any oil or grease on the pullys. Sometimes oil gets on the pully and allows the belt to sweak a little. I know this is a very annoying problem, im still looking for a power stearing pump, mine has a sweak to it cause the bearings are going out. Did you happen to check and make sure non of the pullys would wabble when the belts was off?

Only way to figure out the problem is to check the car out. Pull back the boot on the slave cylinder to see it is leaking fluid. Then check inside the car on the back side of the master cylinder is fluid is leaking down the firewall. In either case if one is bad it is recommended to replace both.

Make sure you disconnect the negative terminal from the battery and make sure you unplug all the wires to the alternator
1st, You wanna loosen the 12mm tensioner circled in red, this will allow you to move the alternator up/down so that you can slip off the belt..
Then just slip the new belt over the pulleys, re-tension and done...

hmm I didnt really rotate it 6 times, just aligned it to see. Yea I heard 6 times at 12 o clock right? Because oil pump sprocket spins faster or something like that correct?
But what about the other sprockets those don't require the 6 revolutions in order to verify if there wrong right? So even if the oil pump was correct, the other two sprockets would be off no? So I should just redo the ...
