Yes you should have used anerobic. The only way to fix that is to pull her apart. BUT!! My guess is that you left out an important O-ring. Check here; 2GNT.com - A_Proper_Rebuild and scroll down to see if you left out the bedplate O-ring. And yes, others have. MB

Proper head gasket install ??

well i've heard both ways alot, but in my opinion it already has the tacky black sealant on it."felpro mls" so it didn't make sense to put the spray on. but i'm not done putting it together yet. just picked up my anaerobic sealant tonight to torque the cam caps down. then i picked up a replacement bolt for the idler pulley. snapped the oem one off in the head. luckily i got it out getting close to being done.

Hey guys. So i rented a scanner from autozone and it didn't fit, and rented another from oreiley's with more adapters for different connectors and it didn't fit either. You guys had this problem before? I'm guessing mine is not a OBD II. (I have a 96 talon but made in 95). And the OBD I didnt fit either. The service manual uses Chrysler's DRB III scanner, but no one rents that one out. This I've seen sold online...

Is this on a 4G63 or 420a? You put it in the 420a forum but show a 4G63.

I think I figured it out. The hard line goes over the valve cover right behind the cam gears along with some electrical. I just can figure out where it connect to on both side. This is a thread I found on here but cant tell where the ends connect to. I was hoping to get some better pictures of where it connects to. If you have any PLEASE post them or tell me where they go. Thanks so far for everything. [RESOLVED] What does this hose connect to...

Unlike old carburated engines, pushing on the gas pedal does not mean gas will enter the engine. Pushing on the throttle allows more air to enter. 1- Is it getting enough spark? 2-Is enough fuel getting to the chamber? 3- Is combustion taking place? These are the questions you can answer then get back to us for more advise. Unless to have a lab scope or scan tool at your house then you can tell ...

I've already rebuilt a few pieces of CX Racing garbage knockoff Chinese turbos that also smoked with zero shaft play. The only thing I did to make the turbos better was use a stagger-gap turbine seal, and a restrictor which you have already installed.

Well, you are going to have a CEL come on if you just remove the rear o2 sensor. The sensor is there to take readings from the cat to make sure it's doing it's job and relays it's operation to the ecu to fine tune gas injection to promote optimun operation. You can get rid of the o2 by making a "fake sensor" (can't remember the actual name but it's on the forum) and it will get rid of the CEL....

If there is nothing wrong with your current valves, there is no need to replace them. Larger valves are available, but aren't required for making more power. Make sure you have bigger cams to accommodate the port work.

Its not voltage you need to test on the sensors its the resistance in OHMs. Turn Your Voltmeter to the Ohms section and test. As for Specs not sure.
