Not having the retaining clips has caused more than one person to have injector problems. You can buy new ones from summit pretty cheap and splice then into your harness or see if the existing pins fit into the new connector. MSD Ignition 2400 - MSD EFI Injector Connectors - Overview - SummitRacing.com or Home » Shop » Connectors / Harnesses » Injector connectors » GM Delphi / Packard - Bosch EV1 Type Injector Connector Pigtail Push to seat

1gb fog lights wont come on?

mine is a 15A fuse... and I'm pretty sure the fuse cover says 15A. Also, there is a relay under the hood for the fogs. Lastly, like someone mentioned before, the switch itself can be broken. The mechanism which holds the switch in the 'on' position breaks. BUT it should still work if you just hold the button.

Massive Brake Squeal

HPS's will make some noise, they didn't start until you broke them in, you may have glazed them. Of course there's plenty of debate on how to bed in a set of pads, look up the guide on brembo's and that should take care of it next time(or scuff up your pads and go through that process). Did you use the anti-squeal goop for the back of the pads?

Pick up a set of noid lights from auto zone, they plug in the injector harness and will flash if there is pulse/or power. But have you done a compression test or test the coil, can be any of those causing the misfire.

The offset will work with the suspension. However without some camber (I'd guess -1.5 or more) in the front you will rub. In the rear you will need more camber (~ -2) than you'll want to run for decent handling in addition to fender rolling just to get them to clear on compression.
I know this because I run these exact dimensions currently. I decided to try 245/40/18 from 255/35/18 to ...

If they are OEM, they'll have a push button switch on the left side of the instrument cluster. I removed mine, but I recall that it's the middle button. The top one is the headlight pop-up (if your year is popup), bottom is the dash light dimmer.
Also be advised they should only come on with your headlights in low beam and not when you have your high beam on, unless someone has hacked the ...

Take out the ECU and smell it, if it smells fishy, you have leaky caps.
You CAN use that ecu but you must change the firing order. There was a wiring order change, if it is from 95-96 car standard firing order of 4-1-2-3 applies. If I remeber properly the 97+ Ecu in a 95 would require a firing order of 1-4-3-2 and vice versa.
Here's if you're brave enough to take on the task of repairing it ...

Its called compressor efficiency. Your turbo is pushing more air but its hot air which has less oxygen.

A sweet strutbar hoodprop, no battery, ebay? bov( at least is recirc'd), injen intake(or something similar), hardpipes to SMIC looks like, no A/C lines, there's a fire ring sitting on the manifold, that goes inside the turbo/manifold gasket area, most people dont run those.
You NEED a drivers side engine mount, and get that car off the bottom of the shocks if your having that big of an issue ...
