changing fuel filter

You could get one of these: Mikuni -6an fitting This allows you eliminate the stock banjo fitting and adapt a -6 line to the stock fuel filter. Then tap the end of your stock rail to 3/8 npt and screw in a 3/8 npt to -6AN fitting with jb weld. Use a 90* hose end on the filter and a 45* end on the rail, viola, you have a -6an fuel feed line.

broken balance shaft?

Naa its definitely coming from the valve train. You can hear it pretty well on top of the engine and again the car doesnt vibrate like the shafts are out of phase. Its just a noise coming from under the valve cover.

the axles don't go into the t-case, they go into the transmission so all you gotta do is bolt it up. the only problem you might endure would be a different spline count on a 90 vs 92 t-case and output shaft.

Fuel system upgrade
Published (2009-11-27 20:52:00)
Alright ladies and gents, I have been searching maperformance today and think I have come up with a good combo, just have a couple questions. I actually bought a 255lph Walbro from Dsm graveyard the other day without doing my research . I plan on getting the Map Afpr install kit with the AEM regulator and FIC 850cc injectors. I believe I need a rewire kit to supply the pump with the proper voltage. My questions are: Will I be ok with the 255...

Yes, you can use a 1G NT TB on a Turbocharged system. First, you must replace the throttle plate shaft seals with better quality seals. There are already older posts that you can search out to get part numbers. Let me just say right up front, that the only reason to increase the flow rate of air/fuel mixture into the intake is if you are going to use a ported head and or 1 mm oversize ...

if i am not mistaken i think the 90 axles are smaller in diameter than the 92 axles, but if you are just putting on a t-case, why change the axles.
