Hi meon, I used to work in the restaurant biz. The company made us throw away the left over food every day. I never could really figure , but that is capitalism for ya. My wife work for a clothing retailer for 30 years. If a garment started getting marked down and got down to 0 with some still left the company would make the workers cut up the said garment. You would think they would give it to the needy , no way. I worked for the same company...
