Must be the weather- everyone wants to bake bread!  I too have Dana's book and went out and purchased all the foods I would need to make the oatmeal bread- get's kinda pricey hope the bread tastes good.  I will probably try it this weekend, have to dig out my bread machine. I will be interested to see how everyone's bread turns out, sounds like we are all trying different ones. Bev

The information you gave is for the fat free cool whip. The sugar free version does not have high fructose corn syrup in it. Also when it says sugar free it means there is no table sugar. The sugar free does have corn syrup in it but if it is below a certain percentage the company can claim it is sugar free according to the FDA . By the way, if you want to know the ingredients in a ...

I was diagnosed with Type II about 3 years ago. I was doing well with my diet and then got sick of feeling restricted. So for the past year I'd say I've been having a lot of trouble with binging on sugary foods. I wish I could make myself stop but I can't seem to. I eat A LOT of candy, cookies, cake, ice cream in one sitting over a period of several days. I'm afraid of what this will do to...

Personally, I'm a fan of real food, not the liquid stuff. One of the hard lessons with this disease is there is no quick fix and I know that Medifast, Optifast, or any flavors of the liquid diet would just not satisfy my need to munch on something.
