talk to the tenants. be nice but in an assertive way and assess whether you think they are responsible dog owners. in the US, especially california, quite a few dog owners are disgraceful in failing to train their animals, letting them do whatever they please and bark as and when they feel like it. _________________ 04 Valmoto Replica Track Bike.

Did he buy a Ducati to start with or are they just buying the 2 or 3 orgional bits that they are going to keep as part of the bike? _________________ Red Daytona 600

If your selling then definitely do something otherwise in addition to your sleepless nights potential buyers may very well be put off for that very reason! also as for speaking to neighbour first...bad idea as going forward you will be prime suspect for dobbing and might just be uneccessarily unfomfortable when bumping into them. Just tell the owner/Landlord. Either way all you want is peace and to be able to increase your odds of selling your...

Im looking for a helmet cam and found the Drift Innovation X170 Action Camera. Its £200 and recommended by MCN. Their website (www.actoncameras.co.uk) has a clip of it being used in a rally car and it looks and sound very good. It has DVD quality and the ability to take stills via a wrist/bar mounted remote control. From what I can see its expensive enough to inspire confidence and does...

Hard to tell from the photo but I can't see any double stitching on it anywhere. IMO it's got that 'cheap' look to it, could be wrong. I like to get a good deal on gear but I prefer to see it and try it on first, especially if it's a brand I'm not familiar with. I'd go with something tried and test if it were me mate. _________________

I also found out just before that riding into a hail storm at 100+mph hurts so bad you've got to pull over under a bridge. got a series of bruises on my knees wish i was wearing something a bit thicker than a pair of jeans and waterproofs. _________________ 2 world wars and 1 world cup...
