Since frames were half price at Hobby Lobby last week, and being inspired by how good BuffyFan's pieces looked framed, I deceided to do the same with some of my art. Tony DeZuniga sketches Mike Ploog - Viking King painting

Just got back from the Baltimore Comic Con. That was a great show, a little hard to make a few lists, but none the less i ended up with some good stuff. My favorite books are mostly Kirkman books (Invincible, Walking Dead, Brit, Wolfman) so i hung around the Image booth the most. Anyways, here is what i managed to pick up. First off a Cory Walker Invincible head sketch Then a great ...

Quote: Great girl!! How much just for the back art/sketch on that Infantino page? I am only interested in a price for the back of the page art. That's a good one. Nice posts everyone! I didn't realize there was so much that was hidden on the back of those OA pages.

When I heard about this show, I thought to myself, "There will be a few pieces of original art mixed with some published material... no big deal." When I walked into the room on the second floor of the ICA this evening, my jaw *spoon* dropped to the floor. If you are a Crumb fan, a comics fan, a pop art fan, an art fan, you need to get your *spoon* to the ICA to see this show. I'm serious. ...

Fellow collectors if you haven't realized the US and now global economy is going down the toilet and fast. If you buy something that you don't absolutely love and have to own you will end up wanting to sell it and losing money. So before you decide to pull the trigger ask yourself " is this THE PIECE I have to own ". If its not that piece don't buy it! All I've been hearing about is fellow ...

I've been interested in getting one from his Uncanny X-Men run (along with the couple of odd ones) for quite some time now. His stuff on Uncanny X-Men.. along with Silvestri's stuff was my favorite during the entire copper run I used to collect. I even spoke to Lee about it for a couple of minutes in B-more. My question for you "experts" is how much would one run me? I think I have an idea, but I...

Got only 1 sketch while I was there.....took Herb about 30 minutes to make this. Its on a 11" x 17" page ..... and the best part of it..... Herb Trimpe actually sketched that for me with NO money down....he told me to send him a check in the mail as soon as I can!!! What a guy....huh? How many artists would do that in this day and age?
