HELP PLEASE.... front axle uni...

im from rocky area as well, i think ive seen you TJ around. Truckline is the shiz but make sure they give you the right part, i had some trouble with them giving me the wrong uni's. when you take the axle out its always good to give the inside a clean to get all the dirt and dust out. i just got a long piece of skinny wood and put a washer on the end and then poked it down and dragged the dirt out, a major part of the orange bowl came out.

yeah i went nulon 10w-40 fully synthetic in the end, also bought a bottle of nulon engine flush. I know now for next time to pay a bit more attention to grade of oil, that way i'm not hitting the wallet so much, that stuff aint cheap. Cheers Joe

the temperature sensor is located in the thermostat housing.
to replace just unplug and screw it out with a spanner.
however, I doubt if your problem is a sensor issue
do you here a gurgling noise when the engine is turned off after going into the red?

thats just the test pattern that the vehicle goes through before giving codes.. If no codes come up after that (it actually prints them - flashes them for a few seconds at a time) then Id say you have no codes.. Although I think but dont quote me on this that it still shows end of sequence code (55 I think) on mine even when there are none?? But maybe it doesn't... what your seeing though is not...

Check whether the oil filter housing is leaking where it bolts to the block. Mine is, and the oil runs down the bell housing. There are 3 o rings which aren't too difficult to replace, and not too expensive either!
Good luck!

Try bleeding the master cylinder first using the line like a bleed nipple
then try gravity bleeding by loosening the bleed nipple and letting it run
just keep an eye on the level and top it up as it gets low

Mate i did a 50mm( really was 92mm) lift with mopar springs $334-00 and
waited around till the best deal on tyres came around on the AJOR forum.
Got myself 285/75/16 st cooper with steel rims (400km on tyres) for a cool
$800-00. The combination of lift and tyres takes me anywhere i wanted to
go, so far. Check with northern jeep in melbourne for springs.

i'm guessing your talking about taking a half door completely off?
get some motorbike mirrors from supercheap, normally a max of like $50 and just make sure they are the flexible ones, and just er pop em in the holes
(Sheeds) i think said ducati mirrors fit right in but they would probably cost you phuck load.
Did you have to take the snorkel off to get the drivers side door off?
