Hi To my horror I discovered that newly registered members are automatically logged in - I must have done something wrong. The weirdest of all, they do receive that email notification vbulletin automatically sends them. But apparently it isn't necessary for them to click on the link.... they are already logged in automatically. And not only that, they can actually login even though "User Regsitration" is set to...

I installed vBulletin on my server... if you want to check it's at http://www.patriotmemory.com/forums/index.php . However when a person tries to register, the image for the 6 letter or character code doesn't come up. What do you think the problem is there and how to correct? I followed the instructions.. I am having problems with a current mod and the only way to cure it at this point is to FORCE a user to logout and then have them relog back in. Rather than explain this to EVERY user there has gotta be an easier way of FORCING all users to logout or clear their cookies for the forum so that if they had the "REMEMBER ME" box checked they would still be required to login. Keep update with your copyright text vBOptions -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details -> Copyright Text If its not there it will be in your footer template. I have already changed mine in a day advance to show as 2009
