Don't be fooled by marketing. vb4 will come with some seo enhancements, but they are extremely basic and incomplete. The sitemap generator has the option to include tags in the sitemap.

Hi Andrew, vBSEO will work with those addons. Just make sure whatever you have set up for the referral re-direct in htaccess gets added to the vbseo htaccess file.
You can even extend the vB Plazza addon to make friendly links using CRR 's (custom rewrite rules).
Either generic to catch all (but doesn't allow for titles)

Just to add a reply,
Some people do not think that Goog PR is important and in some cases it isnt but I like to see PR on my site as it adds credibility.
30 minutes after I completed all of the changes and re-submitted the sitemap,
My PR is suddenly went from a 0 to a 3
Again, I can't believe it!

Hello Adam ,
There is no exact answer for that question as indexing can change from each site. There are sites that start seeing results in 1 week and users start seeing results in 3 months. However after vBSEO installation and applying additional tips should allow your site seeing better results within 1-3 month max.
