Bumped because
all new members including myself have to brows to the members.vbulletin.com and request a lost password.... as you aren't assigned one for some stupid reason until you do go through the lost password thing
and if their new to the web they may not be able to figure out whats wrong with the address & wonder whats wrong with the vbulletin site itself.

I have an expired owned license w/ the blog addon. The only upgrade option I have available is to upgrade to the suite for $250. That is absolutely ridiculous. To purchase a new suite license, it's $235. Even if it were not on sale, I'd only be saving $25.

by the way,
the "pre-sale
contact form" doesn't work, can't submit question successfully.
And if you click "cancel" when can't login to the member area, the two links :"request lost password and request lost customer id" are incorrect.
