Yeah, I suspected their own might be a bit pricey....although, again, I think they'd be happy to tell you where you might find the cheaper ones.

Did you try the search function? The three place I know of, but there are many more, are Gold Street, by Lido, Hong Qiao, but Temple of Heaven And some road by the Bell and Drum towers.

I went to Bainaohui today but all the speakers there looked like sh*t. The only brand name was Philips and I'm not sure if they were real on account of looking like crap.

I'm afraid I can't remember where, but I've seen these at at least a couple of places, under 3000 I think. So they are out there. I think these guys also sell them or can at least tell you more specifically where you can find them in Beijing. The owner's American and his staff is helpful and speak English.

Come on man, the only reason people eat "organic" food is because they think it's healthy. Having a cup of coffee once in a while wouldn't affect your health no matter how organic or toxic it was.
