F Visa, Police Registration
Published (2009-12-02 10:06:00)
Applying a F visa without a business invitation letter? Well, i believe that it was maybe a situation half a year ago. Now, it is necessary for you to get a letter for your F visa application. Yes, you can try to apply a F visa in HK without a letter once more. But i have to say such words before. Maybe you will fail to get it. The letter is a sort of sponsorship for your F visa application. Best wishes

L Visa Question
Published (2009-11-30 09:02:00)
If Mongolia is too much of an adventure, do the HK route. Plane round trip is 2000 rmb (cheaper if you book your ticket in advance). Train round trip is 1000 rmb. For plane, get a Beijing-Shenzhen ticket (cheaper than flying directly to HK). Good luck.

L Visa Question
Published (2009-11-30 02:33:00)
One more thought: Beijing is notorious for wanting to see that bank account statement, but that's not the case for other PSB offices in China. It may be worth a try to head for Shijiazhuang, Jinan, or somewhere else in a nearby province to go for an extension on your current entry. Qingdao has been reputed to be fairly easy going on this. Or try a much smaller city. This shouldn't affect your other unused entry, but make sure you...

You get married to a Chinese girl, you get an L-visa valid for one year, renewable every time. After 5yrs of continuous living in China you then get an L-visa valid for 5yrs. You still are stuck with applying for visa. You can get a PR if you're a big investor and satisfy some criteria, can't remember the exact details. Someone will probably fill in the details.

Z visa has no limitation about entry times. That is to say, if you will enter into China with a Z, you can feel free to visit anywhere and any times as you want. However, if you enter into China with any other kind of visa, you should recognize the entries. Yes, you can apply a L with multiple entries in your own country. OR enter with a single entry visa, then extend your visa ...

Quote: 1. is this visa valid for a TOTAL of 90 days, even if I leave and return, or is it valid for a fresh, new 90 days every time I leave China and come back? If you leave and return every 90 days, you're good to go until it expires (next June, as you mentioned).

Please make sure that what u are looking for is a professional visa agent, not a company which aims to cheat money from u.Although the regulation is so strict now, it doesn't mean more money will be charged. Visa holder should focus more on the expiration date of your visa. Prepare in advance will be more beneficial and make your visa's application more convenient Regards Katy
