SWARM is compelling. I like the idea of a swarm of insects as a kind of mechanical chaos, without memory or feeling. It makes for an amazing image for so many things.

What Life Is Like Without You
If You were to ask me
What my life is like without you
I would tell you..
Ask a Blind Man
Who will never see the morning sun rise
Or the crystal blue waves crashing upon the shore
Ask a paralyzed person
Who will never dance to their favourite music
Or be able to complain that their feet hurt from ...

losing weight
around the wrists & waist
faith in a dream
a boy & some bees
& his stare into me, perfect
& my potential voodoo, working
but here I'm left waiting
alone in the wind
the comfort of a boot
hair blowing, blouse loose
& I might pull it all out from those few years ago
& I just might get it prepared
here I'm left waiting & fretting
speed up your engines...

In life there will be goodbyes but there will always be hellos. Goodbyes are hard but hellos are something new. Sometimes you think you need something new and sometimes you don't want to lose something that you have had for awhile. Even after you have said goodbye, there are positives that always can be channeled.
Good read, kviii, you give a positive feel to something that seems so horrible...

How? Why?
Why would You fight beside Me
Just to stab Me in the back
Why would You fill My heart with love
Just to rip it out like that
How am I to save Us
If a monsters' all You see
How can You give Your everything
Just to take it away from Me

Vanishing Point
Somewhere...before the incessant edge,
Prior, up, ‘til the insecure ledge,
The puzzle pieces were assembled,
And...intervals of glazes resembled,
Resonating, clear, not a mirage,
The potential in a flesh collage.
Then...tangents left their disrepair,
Let you linger, immersed in despair.
Along latitudes of broken straws,
Lay scattered lines you would ...

CRASH
At the edges
watching broken metal
glass
and blood,
mingle at his feet.
Breathe in
out
suck tragedy from air
tanged by spilt diesel.
Smile.
Absorb the fleeing
vestage of life.
Hear the dying groan
and come.
Endings should be celebrated.

I am enjoying your work. Have you ever read any at an open mic? I think both "sober morning" and "the mischievous goddess" would be great to hear read live. Thank you for sharing.
