Are these flaws something that can be easily noticed? Sometimes it can be very expensive (relatively) to fix wheels. If the damage is really minor... to the point of other people not even noticing it... maybe you should just leave it alone.
I know it hurts to see these things at first... but later you realize that driving on the road... it's only a matter of time before things get damaged/...

This has been covered. There is a sticky for a reason. It's even in my signature.
A search would have answered your question as well.
You will hit the suspension in front. Get a spacer to push them out farther. 5mm or 10mm all around.
You will not need to roll front or
rear fenders unless you go with a 10mm spacer or bigger.
EDIT: You don't need spacers in the rear for any reason...
