We Do our eating on Christmas Eve at an aunts house. Christmas Day im shot. I usually prepare lasagna or something the day or two before so I can just throw in the oven.I don't like cleaning up that day. It's just the 5 of us on Christmas day, my husband, my daughter, son inlaw, and my grandson. My daughter and my husband have recently been diagnosed as diabetics so I have hard time figuring out what to make them.

I remember in one of my college courses that either the teacher or a author said, that if life is like surgery and religion is the anesthesia that helps you get through it.

You're the only one I know that has this many issues with the Catholics.
Yes, there are those who have been victimized by individual priests, and they are most certainly entitled to their issues with the Church. But you? Your issues seem to be fueled by lies and misperceptions that people (preachers? Satan?) have fed you.
Baseless, and exposing true ignorance of Catholicism.
