It can take a little while for the warranty upgrade to show in the databases. Check again in about 10 days and let us know if things have been updated.

1. Lenovo is not IBM, two different company. 2.
Touchpad freezing, have you tried to reinstall the drivers? 3. Update the Onekey system recovery from Win 7 home to Win 7 professional, is only possible with Lenovo provided discs, which they don't they don't sell to the public. If it is an aftermarket disc, it can't be done.
