If Jax is anything like my experience in ATL, there is no real "CFI" resources they give you. Other a small binder with a sheet explaining the CFI endorsements, some article on being a CFI, and 30 some odd pages attempting to give you something you can
pass off as a syllabus.
As for the CFI training. Search for it. IMO you get what you pay for. I got my CFI on the first pass, but like many ...

i would hope that they upped the performance bonuses. I know with 2K a month it was basically "icing" on the cake. I guess they are upping the performance bonuses to up the pass rates or hoping that people will cycle through as
CFI's quicker?

Your best source of information is, believe it or not, the
Veteran Affairs department - not a representative of the school - they'll tell you just about anything, all while filing the paperwork to some made-up office in Jacksonville or wherever just to say "Oh yeah, we filed the forms. . .you'll get your money."
