I never had that problem when I ate grapes so many it has to do with how much melatonin there is. I think in pill form, you have mega concentration of it which is why I had the meltdown. Quote from: *Ash* on November 29, 2009, 06:12:02 PM I make a small turkey breast and the trimmings for just Steve and I all the time.  It's my favorite meal too and there is no way I am going to go without it!  Neither of us minds eating it for a couple of days afterward.  This way, you can have it any time you want.    I don't mind eating it for days afterward either....

Quote from: Quirk on February 29, 2008, 10:08:24 AM I baked some banana muffins yesterday. I was surprised at how delicious they turned out (I am NOT a baker). Hey, I made some of those with Jason on Monday. They were really good, albeit a bit heavy. I made a stir fry last night with Ramen noodles and beef and frozen veggies. It turned out decent.

How very thoughtful, Tam. I guess we had different threads in 2007 and '08. For me, there's nothing new happening this year. Probably the same immediate family members will be coming over. However, my mom is thinking of extending the invitation to at least one or two friends who usually don't have any family to celebrate with.

I do a lot of walking after work these days...and I walk through the parklands near the city. People ar often picnicing and the smell of barbecued meat drives me mad! I would love to sneak over and just grab a steak or sausage ...for protein and sustain my strength whilst exercising!

The David Ramen Mix includes. . . Ramen Noodles, preferably oriental--but chicken works well, one egg two slices of cheese crushed red pepper a hint of hot sauce and when I'm up to it. . . chopped up chicken (you can either grill them to make it fancy or do what I do, Tyson's chicken nuggets)
