iPod Touch 1G Users doesn't have any chance to get a mic for there device! Some smart guys had started a big project called touchmods , they created a microphone for the iPod Touch and sold thousands! But there is one problem: The software to get this device working with your iPod Touch works fine on 1.1.x, but now with the Firmware 2.x Apple erased some necessary parts to use the ...

This is my understanding of the current VOIP situation: An unmodded iVoice Pro microphone will work with a first-generation iPod touch by plugging it into the dock connector port, thus allowing VOIP calls to be made. Am I correct?

Skype on Fring works on iTouch. Download Fring from iTunes App store, under "social networking" apps. Free app. No jailbreaking required. Works on G1 and G2 Touch. All you need for G1 is a microphone that connects through the doc. Touchmods seesm to be the most readily available and reliable. There is a "Sykpe OUt" button and a dial pad to make calls. I have called several ...

First, i would like confirmation from somebody that this is true. Before i go on a hunt for providers and these bluetooth components, i want to make sure it works. Second, if it does indeed work, then shouldnt any bluetooth headset...
