All you need is a subscription card, no starter pack needed.
EDIT: The update disc is bullshit, that site is trying to scam you, you get the updates off xbox live directly (for free).

So I just got a brand new Xbox and flat screen and I noticed that while playing games the audio seems to cut out every 10 minutes or so. But once I put the games on the hard drive it wasnt as noticeable. Why is this. Im using an HDMI cable on a 720p TV I havent tried it with the regular AV cables on HD mode. But I have unplugged the cables and replugged them in...What do I do.
