That's interesting, my other option is one of the add on batteries that you can marry up to the iphone, more expensive but supposedly doubles the battery life.

I love the feel of the antiglares, but hate what they do to image quality. I do have a minor scratch on my 3GS, but I don't use a screen protector anymore (as I did with my V1) because my slider case doesn't get along with them very well.

I have the BlueAnt S1 Sun Visor Bluetooth and love it. It uses the Voice control from my 3GS so all my contacts are recognized without having to program them into the unit, a Parrot bluetooth unit I had before I had to beam the contacts to the unit...a pain.
The BlueAnt is quite clear and you can answer a call by saying "answer." The only drawback is no car charger, only a wall charger so ...

Take a look at the BatRest on www.seskimo.com . It folds flat to the size of a credit card to fit in your wallet. Suitable for the iPhone 3G as well as a lot of flat-backed media players or cameras.
