macgirl is right, I believe. I've seen advertisements for Sprint here on a mainly iPhone forum. It's all based on the ads that gets fed to the ad space... I don't think Chris really has much control. Plus, he gets money for them.

Oh come on, stop being so dramatic. What exactly are you looking for from us? The Droid is great, but we like our iPhones and aren't going to switch right now. What more do you want?

Here's how (courtesy of another user)....
Go to Cydia, manage tab, packages, and see if OpenSSH is on the list of installed packages.
If it is, download and install a package from Cydia called MobileTerminal.
Start MobileTerminal, type in "su", then type in the default password "alpine", then type in "passwd", and set a new password (don't use " quote marks " in any of these commands)

the first issue for me is Verizon. No thanks.
I like Android, I've used a G1 and a Hero, but I still prefer the iPhone and Palm pre/webOS to Android.

There is no screen capture software for the iPhone. You can take screenshots, but not videos. I'm not sure how Jobs did it at the Keynote, but he had it hooked to the Mac with a cable, and obviously, that phone was enabled to do things ours can't.
As for the desktop, I use Copernicus for the Mac. It takes movies and saves them as .MOV files. I don't know one for the PC, though.

im not sure about what you should do about the apps, but i think you should update, jailbreak and then unlock via blackra1n and blacksn0w. a lot more apps are becoming only 3.1 which may present you with issues later on.

Considering the iPhone supports Exchange and it's included in the $30 data plan, I don't see how this could help Verizon and the Droid. Though, there are those people out there that will have Verizon's first born baby and do what they say and pay what they want...
