This happened to me about a month ago - really intense right along the jaw/chin. I started exfoliating more, using gentler products in general, and drinking more water. Seems to be clearing up. I think alot of it was hormonal for me though, stress as well. I almost went to the derm, but it started clearing up finally. Good luck - it's so darned frustrating!

Paula Begoun recs this as a way to control oil but I found when I tried it that it made the foundation harder to apply and that it turned my face paler. I gave up after one try but maybe I could have mixed it with the foundation instead to give it more absorption. There are plenty of good oil controling foundations like Revlon Colorstay and Clinique Superfit that I dont know if you need to do ...

I think it's a gimmick to be honest. Supplementation is NOT regulated in North America so companies can make loads of false claims.

I really like Eucerin Extra Protective Moisture Lotion. It's moisturizing (but it's light and sinks in super fast, which is awesome), has SPF 30, hasn't broken me out (it's for sensitive skin, and according to the bottle it's non-comedogenic and fragrance-free), and works well under minerals. I also like that it's in a pump bottle so you don't have to dip your fingers into a jar.

I use Neutrogena's healthy skin rejuvenator 3 times a week. I haven't been using it recently and I can really tell the difference.

I never noticed any difference at all. I use the disposable ones now because I never use a raczor more than 3 times.
