I didn't know much about him, so I decided I'd better find out. So I started researching, and I put my research in to a kind of scrapbook. If you wonder who this guy is, go to http://obamascrapbook.com and see what I found out!

I am new to the board and saw a similar thread but I can't seem to find it again now. I think the previous thread had to do with who do you think or who have you heard will run for mayor next year. I think the responses were Councilors Eagleton, Christiansen and Martinson. My question for the board is a little different. If you had your pick of anyone (Republican, Democrat, or Independent) ...

Last month, Obama bought $5 million in national television advertising during the Olympics. Yesterday, McCain bought $6 million in advertising on the same networks during the Olympics. It is rare because no presidential campaign has bought any national television advertising at all for the last 12 years. Republican John McCain, meanwhile, attracted broad, if sometimes tepid, support to lead Obama by 32 percentage points, 56 ...

Local politicos are proclaiming the need for $451 to $2 billion in proposed new taxes to fix Tulsa's streets. Here, in the great tradition of a local TV Station's retired, signature "Chuck Hole of the Week" award, let's try and name which Tulsa streets we think should be considered in the Tulsa Street DISHONOR Roll of bad, beat-up, streets. I'll start: I-44 to 41st on Peoria; Ruffles, Ridges ...
