i have noticed a slight emotion factor in high doses, sort of like things don't really matter, but I just have chronic headaches, and it does the trick at a low dose. L-tyrosine at 500mg X 2 a day makes a difference in overall being.. i tried a product with l-citrulline and yohimbine... woke up in the morning with wood rage and my date wasn't looking to participate in any activity. what a let down! I wish I had a good research reference for this. I don't. The suggestion was made in an article I found in the Life Extension Journal within an article on the benefits of DHEA. Taking a dose of DHEA at bedtime help. I've been doing 25 mg. HS and it is a benefit for sleep. I find that if I do awaken, it is easier to fall back into a deep sleep. The effect is not "hammer like".

going from shox which have a relatively high heel to something with a smaller heel may have flared the injury even more so. While I completely agree that shox are a fashion shoe and not a real running shoe, if you were accumstomed to the higher heel you were accustomed to a shortened achilles length. When you move to a shoe with a lower heel it puts more stress on the achilles causing it to actually elongate and since it is attached to the...

I don't have anxiety but it helps take away the headaches, maybe some stress is a factor too. I workout and go to the gym three times a week and train heavy. I really don't have too much sexual desire lately, ...
