Jason Vale recommend the Philips Alu juicer and it is about £100 but you do get what you pay for. The Juice Master guy gives away a book and DVD if you buy it from his site, and deliveries pretty fast too, I got mine the next day!

Jordan's juice diet / programme was created by Jason Vale otherwise known as the Juice Master. He's the UK face of juicing and he first worked with her back in 2005 and is on her workout DVD. The programme she followed is taken from his book Turbo Charge Your Life in 14 days and she followed it for 3 months and lost 2 stones. Apparently Jordan is still juicing and uses the Philips black ...

Recently I've started trying newer foods (just for the sake of it really and always enjoy trying something new), and have come to love feta stuffed peppers, tepanade and another tomato based chilli dip, and sun dried tomatos, all of them are in or have olive oil on them, and tepanade/tomato dip with sour dough bread. But I'm wondering how healthy these actually are, especially with PCOS, I'...

wow great stuff! Couple of tips - A couple of egg whites scrambled in the microwave with some salt and pepper and maybe some 0 point herbs (i recommend dried sage). 1 WW bread. Its like a really really really nice snack or lunch- Its only 1/2 a point providing you don't have butter - but I'm one of those that doesn't need butter if I've got another topping. Also the ww tortilla chips...

I am having real issues with my diet at the moment, and I am clueless about things like this. I work as a flight attendant, so my body clock is generally all over the show. One week I am getting up at 3am for the early shift and finishing around 4pm, next week I am getting up at midday and not finishing until gone midnight, so needless to say, my eating is fairly random. I know to eat ...

Last Friday I woke up with extreme dizziness and nausea, I felt awful and had to stay home from work (I'm a fainter and knew I couldn't even leave the house). Anyway the dizziness has kind of subsided but I'm left feeling weak as a kitten - I stupidly decided to go to Step last night and although it's a new routine I normally can manage far better than I did (I was easily confused and lost my ...

I just wondered what everyone has for breakfast? I am looking for healthy easy ideas. Is toast better then cereal? Lately I have been having Weetabix with banana and semi skimmed milk. Getting a bit bored of it, and am trying not to have so much bread in my day!

Has anyone heard about this? In my National Geographic Magazine it talks about this new food ranking system which is coming in (to America I think) in 2009. Called ONQI. Overall nutritional quality index) Its developed by Yale University and it scores froods from 1 to 100, based on nutrients, vitamins, sugar, salt as well as impact on blood pressure and other health concerns.
