Hello! A friend of mine is moving and she decided to give me her stepper. Do you think a stepper like this would be a good workout?Has anyone ever used one? Can it make a difference if used daily? Any other tips? I'm attaching two photos below. Sorry for all the questions,I'd love some opinions. Thanx!

i *think* this comes under fitness.... i am not fat, in fact i'd say i'm pretty skinny and 8 on top and a small 10 on bottom, however, i've massive thighs as i used to do running, ballet, hockey, badminton etc and basically over built them now, i've been trying for months to tone up these bad boys (or shrink them) but nothings working, the jiggle remains and now they're going dimply...

I remember when the 2008 moonwalk came and went a number of us suggested we would be up for the 2009 event . I just had an email telling me how to enter - entries open next week - is anyone still up for it? It would be great to get a bunch of baggers together. ejc x

Has anyone done this? Any tips/recommendations? Since moving house & being so busy at work & studying part time too, I just haven't had the time or motvation to go the gym I'm thinking about hiring a piece of CV equipment that I can keep in the spare room to fit in as & when I have time. What do you think?

Hey! Just posted on slimming about losing weight for my birthday, thought I would come on here for some advice on the exercise front. Hello its your old friend bubbles here Im fed up with my weight again. Well, when i say fed up with my weight i mean my stomach and my width! I took all your advice, i'm doing 3 days a week of weights (HARD) and 2 days cardio and my arms, legs, ass and everything else is looking nice and toned I'm just fed up with this stomach that still will not budge! (the bit under the belly button) ...

the Gorilla Run went past me in London the other week, its basically a 7km run where people dress in gorilla costumes. it got me thinking how hard that would be to do, check the video out - YouTube - Great Gorilla Run London 2008 can't imagine how hot it would be in there. im going to do it next year!

Hi again, posted on here a while ago looking for advice about my exercise routine/diet etc and got some great advice from everyone that replied but in particular Mr. N. Hi have seen this advertised on ideal worls for £199 and called power tonic, although the original power plate is over £2000, has anyone bought this and seen a difference in their shape. There are a lot of cheaper models and even argos has one for sale, the instructer on ideal worls said your only allowed 10 minutes every other day on the machine, and it does seem to work a large part of ...

I am confused and wondered if someone could just explain this one thing please? I understand that when you exercise you should measure your body as well as weigh yourself because muscle is heavier than fat and you could lose inches but gain a few pounds now and then (that's defo right yeah?) Hi all, happy new year! Haven't done anything since the week before xmas, couldn't even get out walking as I haven't been well (and internet at home not working so couldn't even bag ) Today's the first day in over a week that I haven't felt wiped out, so going to brave a body pump class this evening and try out my new weights gloves, looking forward to it.

I had an asthma attack when I was 15 or so after doing the 1800 metres at school which pretty much put paid to any running. I had my first day at a fitness studio doing circuit training today. Basically a machine for each body part all done very quick, about 30-45 seconds per machine, and do the circuit 3 times. Has anyone got all of them? I've got the Ultimate Challenge one which I think is great, and just bought the new Cardio, Core and Stretch one which I haven't done yet, but have flicked through it and it looks SO similar to Ultimate Challenge. It was only £4 so I'm not too bothered, it'll make a bit of a change but I'm wondering whether to buy one of her other ones, but obviously don't want to ...
