Recently, Utorrent has been causing my wireless connection to drop. This hasn't always been the case, it only started happening a few days ago. It will run for a short time, then I will be disconnected. Only this pc is affected, other devices connected to the same router are unaffected. Is this a known problem? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

I'm very new to this torrent stuff and I get that Red Arrow pointing down next to some of the items i try to download. Then It stops downloading altogether. I talked to a friend and he mentioned something about router firewall or something I don't know. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks J. Ben.

I have loved the RSS feature of UTorrent and have been using it for a long time successfully to keep my TV downloads up to date automatically. However, I have just upgraded my computer that downloads my TV shows and when I installed UTorrent this time and tried to add RSS feeds, they will not work. I added a feed as per the RSS Tutorial ( http://www.utorrent.com/rsstutorial.php ) but the feed ...

Hi, I know that this problem has come up before, but I've searched and searched and none of the supposed "solutions" have worked. My problem is, and always has been that there is a little yellow triangle at the bottom of Utorrent. I have gone through the www.portforward.com guide many times, i have a static IP address, and i really don't know why it isn't working. Here is some information:...

Hi. This is the 2nd time this happens... Just after i install windows i install the latest utorrent version. But with that version my speed is always 30-35 kB/s. If i install a previous version i get normal speeds (for example now i'm downloading at 500 kB/s). I use utorrent for many years so i think everything to configure properly. AND if i use a previous version, the settings are the same. ...

Hey, i've been downloading and seeding torrents for a few years now, firts with Azurues, then Bitcomet, and i've been using uTorrent for over a year.. This is the first major problem i've had with it. Every single torrent (and I mean every single torrent) cannot find me the trackers... I can still pick up a limited number of seeds and peers per torrent but.. it means I can only download at ...

After testing all possible forms (32 and 64 bit, with antivirus and firewall removed) and read all the possible topics in the forum believe that the majority agree. With Windows Vista the Utorrent does not work, block access to the Internet. Clearly is a problem between the operating system and Utorrent. With XP everything goes fairy tale. That punishment going back to XP after so much work. By ...

Utorrent is using 500MB+ of memory in task manager, abnormal in my opinion. I use the following setup: -external 7200k rpm hdd via usb 2.0. -both windows write/read cache are disabled in settings. -write cache disabled ( when enabled, it stucks with disk overloaded at about 8-9MB/s). -read cache enabled. My download speed is 11MB/s constant. But ram usage of utorrent.exe process is increasing (...

Hi I have a problem with utorrent. Every time I run it and leave it for a few hours it would restart or show a BSOD. I did some googling and found this http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=9675&p= 1 I've read that zone alarm or nod 32 might be causing the glitch that triggers the utorrent to restart. Unfortunately i am using both--zone alarm and nod32. That thread is almost 2 years old ...

I've been always a utorrent user and I've sopped upgrading after version 1.6.1, however since I've purchased a new computer I had to upgrade to the latest one. First of all everytime I exit uTorrent, it always freezes, I mean it ALWAYS freezes. My previous computer was an Intel Pentium 4 XP and now its an AMD Quad Core Vista. Even as I am typing right now, it is still frozen and it also ...
