We've discussed it before, peerblock and other IP blockers are useless.

Find the .torrent that displays a lack of seeds (from the tracker or indexer), then load it into uT. When you see the
dialog box to add a .torrent file, choose the folder where are the complete files, uT will force a recheck (to 100% in theory) and seed. If you have dispatched some files in different folders, stop the torrent job (even if the previous forced recheck is not to 100%) and go to ...

on a graceful shutdown of uTorrent, all
trackers get a stopped message with a final update.

"Advanced" settings of utorrent, "net.outgoing_ip". Read in FAQ: http://www.utorrent.com/faq/network#faq14 "How can I make µTorrent use a specific
network adapter?"

uTorrent download and upload speeds are in KiloBYTES/second. Speed tests are in kilobits/second. Roughly 1 magnitude in difference. ~10 kilobits/second download bandwidth and ~0.5 kilobits/second upload are needed to get 1 KiloBYTE/second download speed.

BitTorrent forces you to upload, so it's automatically unusable. You would have to discontinue using
BitTorrent clients at all (and probably most other forms of file-sharing) to be relatively safe. But with the numbers of false accusations in the past, even that's no guarantee! See also for more details: http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php … 90#p374690

PG is useless, and has nothing to do with security (or at a very poor level) and certainly not with anonymity. And it depends on your country laws, but in most countries, uploading is illegal even if downloading can be allowed (not always). NB: you don't need to post a new torrent to upload, you are already uploading to the swarm when you're downloading a torrent in most of cases.
