Fifteen Minute
Toaster Oven Leftover Chicken with Italian Rotel Chop up left over chicken breast, already cooked. I had a large hunk, so it was about two cups probably. Add one can of Italian Hearty Rotel. Throw in halved black olives. Stir in some mayo. The end result is a little soupy. I didn't add any other spices and none were needed. Put mixture into a...

Next Sunday is spagetti day at church. Each Sunday we eat together and a decision was made to "plan" the menu so people would know what to bring. I got through "salad day" yesterday by taking broccoli salad made with Splenda (and eating a big portion of what I took) as I had to avoid all the pasta salads and taco salads. I thought about doing
spaghetti squash, but I may not be able to ...

I was with a friend tonight and she was telling me how good these were. She doesn't low carb but when she told me how to make these I figured they fit right in with Atkin's. She said to seed your
jalepeno peppers and have them split in half. Stuff them with a mixture of cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese then wrap them with bacon and cook them on the BBQ grill. She said they are not ...

the muffins on induction or in the early stages of Atkins, even though they have very high fiber (most people deduct grams of fiber from grams of carbs to get ...

I found a new product today I had never seen before, Mauna Loa Macadamia nuts for baking. It is in the baking section, beside the coconut. These nuts are very small and you can have about 1/4 cup for 4 carbs, I think. I just threw a few in some whipped cream and had a little dessert. Very filling. This might be the answer to my
portion control of macadamian nuts!...

Can you eat the FINGER LICKIN' CHICKEN on induction because its not on any of the induction recipe lists? also what is the carb count? Seems like the only carbs would be from the
lemon juice? This is my sixth day and I just cant believe this is actually a diet! I dont feel like its a diet! hahah
