are those hidden files visible in the folder lock program. some programs allow to scan the computer for locked files, rather then just displaying wats in the database. I think that case u can recover it. Check it and msg back.

I hope you've done a Quick Format, and not the full one. Anyway you can try your luck by running recovery software, preferably from CD/USB. There are dozens of recovery programs available. Here's a small list. For more programs, check on softpedia.com or download.com.
