Or delete by ticking little box on left and then clicking on Delete at the bottom. Or just ignore. If the transactions have been cancelled with the seller nothing will come of it. Why anti-debit card?
Published (2009-11-30 11:06:00)
Hi - unfortunately a debit card doesn't prove age, as under 18s can have one. A credit card is for over 18s only, as credit not available to under 18s. As with many of ebays rules and regs, they are brought in without correct testing and now you have spoons needing over 18s only to buy. The whole knife thing is silly as there are still craft knives and others listed.

Can they do this?

Poster 13 just because you didn't like a reply on another thread because people failed to agree with you, don't chase posters around the forum harassing them, its not very pleasant. This is a posting ID, many people use them. The advice was not 'nasty', merely factual, perhaps take a step away from the froums if you want a fight - no on here will be remotely interested in having one with you. -----------------------------...

#12 - do you ever intend to post anything pleasant or helpful? If you find yourself in a hole, the first thing to do is stop digging. If you are going to try cross-country skiing, start with a small country.

Excuse me if I am wrong "again", but isn't this about the person who asked the question - not about you and I bitching and moaning to each other? Friendly discussion is supposed to be the order of the day - not scoring points against on another. M

Make sure you select the Standard tab at top of the description box. Then you'll see little icons along the top for paras, etc.. If the Standard & HTML tabs are not showing that's due to the browser you're using. Some, such as Chrome, Opera and Safari don't get on with ebay. Try Firefox.

Click on the little arrow on the far right of the item on your sold list in My eBay and you'll get a drop-down menu. One option is "mark as dispatched".

Hi you can't change the invoice to a lower amount, system doesn't cater for that. All you can do is send a payment request via paypal. Why would you want to pay fees on £100 when your buyer could pay all cash on collection?

Hi - it's to do with your virus protection - you use mcafee - need to take ad blocks off. If you search the board threads you'll find loads on the subject.

Hi, Only if the seller does a 'private listing' will the item details be hidden on your feedback page. Only other option will be to open another account and keep the details to yoruself. You just register using a different email address.

have just spoken to eBay (UK) on the telephone - the member of staff didn't understand the 10%/£40 eBay fees. If you asked the expert who's getting paid for fielding members questions - why ask the amateurs again???

You can't even start the unpaid item dispute process till 4 days and they then have another 4 to pay before you can close it. I normally don't start a dispute till day 7 and send a reminder email on day 5.

Hi - that item doesn't exist anymore - has it been pulled or has seller been suspended? Ignore feedback, that is nothing to even think about at present - money is more important. If seller won't / doesn't reply, and you paid by paypal, then start an Item significantly not as described dispute in paypal resolution centre.

It is a requirement of eBay that you state the item location, so you should not delete it. Item Location Misrepresentation Policy http://pages. ebay.co.uk/help/policies/item-locatio n.html 'Sellers must accurately describe the location from which their item will be sent in the item location field. False, inaccurate or misleading information about the postage location of an item is not allowed ...

If they were advertised as to hand you really should have received them by now Try pulling the sellers details here and give them a call http://shop.ebay.co.uk/ebayadvsearch/__W0QQ_advZ1Q Q_sofindtypeZ9?_rdc=1 If you dont get any joy and you paid by paypal file a dispute with paypal for item not received, I am sure that will kick start the seller into responding one way or another. ...

Hi - I answered you at the bottom of the other thread. If they are a business seller they should have refunded all you paid, and fund the return of a faulty item. Bit concerned you say you paid £20 collection - was this a collect only item which you got a courier to pick up for you? If so then probably a private sale and really you should have picked it up and checked it yourself. Bit more detail...
