They haven't elaborated. As you say - they could be one day strikes - who is going to decide which transactions are eligible - and how long will the star be suspended for. By their very nature - late deliveries will be scored late. I hope they have thought of this She stoops to

I have had the same, it appears to read my card as a credit card instead of a debit, paypal and
natwest are blaming each other and im not getting anywhere in trying to resolve it. Natwest were particularly unhelpful and just said it was one of those things and that it was Visa. Went onto Visa's website and it says its nothing to do with them as they are unable to authorise charges, im wondering ...
