How come the saying: "EBAY IS A VENUE FOR SELLERS" does not come into this A couple of million pounds worth of a lawsuit sorted that out. And from it was born the VERO programme. It's not actually ebays fault that your listings were removed. They are powerless against VERO members. Once rights are asertained through vero membership, because are obliged to remove every listing the vero member highlights.

Where results contain multi-variation listings, the item counts on the page are inclusive of all matching variations that are available. If someone has listed 4 sizes and 3 colours it won't show their listing 12 times in search Also, what about duplicate listings which are supposed to be hidden? They show on the total could but not in the results

WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE E-BAY! I just tried to buy some apple I Phone accessories and got fed up of the multi listings. E-Bay you rely, too much, on your members to police & report mis-demeanors by other sellers. FOR EXAMPLE Item number 180436384461 is listed by a TRS no less than 24 times. Check it out because I can no longer be bothered to do your work for you. Off to local phoneshop now. SIMPLES

#793-I can see where you're coming from as regards choosing cheap cats, etc, but you are in danger of EBay cancelling the listings in the wrong cats. Cabochons, for instance, are not buttons, and big buttonsellers may well report you for flooding their cats. It has been known! As regards decline,I suspect most people are suffering, but it doesnt seem to hurt EBay's revenue. When you consider that in ...

You mean the listing template? Or the shop header template? (both can be changed, yes) By the way, think I've have bought from you before, didn't realise you are on ebay Did you have a stall at Moorgreen Show? I'm sure I remember seeing your things at a agricultural show or summer fate or similar. I'm localish to you, in Nottingham. Lovely toys

If you need to file for 2008/9 then your only choice is online as you have missed the deadline (31 Oct) for paper returns. You need to register to use the online service - just follow the steps on hmrc website to do so. Assuming you have registered as self-employed you should have received your reference number.

As a rough guess I'd say that at least 100,000 ebayers use photo bucket If someone from ebay needs to ask his manager then he hasn't worked for ebay for more than 1 day As they still come back with no news of photobucket then it just means that they're stupid

O.P. Do you really think for one minute that anyone here will tell you where they buy their goods? Sometimes people on here make me laugh! You need to get your finger out and do what everyone else has done and find them yourself.

No it's not just you. eBay is a pathetic shadow of it's former self. Changes to the site have made it a third rate selling platform and a second rate advertising medium. Sack John Donahoe. Improvements that reduce sales are not improvements. Regards Martin.

I would hazard a guess that ear plugs would be exempt from the distance selling regulations. Therefore you wouldn't be under a legal obligation to accept the return. However, there is more to selling on ebay than the distances selling regulations. Consider that your buyer will reflect how you deal with the situation when they complete your feedback and star ratings. If you'd like a personal ...
