I won an item payed for it with PP, the seller refunded my money the next day and said "hi, sorry for the problem, but i will be refunding your money for the wrenches. I had a sale out at my house this weekend and the wrenches are no longer available. thanx" Now it says I have a item I need to pay for again, what should I do?

This whole mess with corporate greed just gets on my nerves! I'm sick of their policy changes that hurt everyone! I buy a lot on Ebay and sell a few things. I will quit selling and buying very shortly. Just curious, as I've read about all the upset--how many plan to leave and go to another auction site? Or just quit altogether. The last 25 items I purchased, I had to remind & beg the SELLERs to please go back and leave ME feedback for paying for items, (often within MINUTES of the auction ending) ... What happened to eBay "Policy" that the seller leaves feedback as soon as the item is paid for, and I leave feedback when the item is received??
