Do you praise them when they convince buyers to use their bank account off Ebay to save some fees and eliminate chargeback risk, while at the same time offereing no SNAD protection. PayPal only defaults to bank account because it saves them money. Yes....and it strips away your chargeback rights. Takes them right out of your hand and puts them in thier pocket. When you use Paypal you do it "as is", caveat emptor. Some believe that to be praise worthy, since you should have known better and just assumed the "safer way to pay" was true. And yes, Paypal let's sellers do anything they want, except...

Why does PayPal also hold funds on shipping? Because they can, and so long as they have users who will go along with the policy, they will.

Why would you not read your bank statements for 2 years? As a consumer, ALWAYS ALWAYS read every statement you receive promptly. BofA is being generous in giving you any refund-you need to review your statements.

One buyer provided a physical shipping address and the other buyer didn't provide a physical shipping address... is that correct? To be covered by PayPal's seller protection for an INR (Item Not Received) claim, the seller needs online viewable proof of delivery to the buyer's shipping address (physical address) as shown on ...

You would need to download your report into an excel spreadsheet and then sort according to the shipper (USPS, UPS, etc.) and then sum the columns for each shipper. That is the only way I know how to do it. PayPal doesn't use very sophisticated software . Heck, I just wish they would have a search so that I can locate transactions from certain people quicker. Hope this helps.

Did you state in the dispute process that buyer changed mind after receiving the fix evaluation and said so in an email? Call back and ask what you have to do to have this refund reverse. If ...

Holds may be placed on your account if: * You’ve been a PayPal member for less than 90 days or a new seller and you have limited selling activity * You have a high rate of customer disputes * You’re selling in a high...

I say let them stay, it's a free discussion board, and i am amused by them. They aren't hurting anyone, and I believe they actually help Ebay and Paypal . Most Intelligent sellers know what's in thier best interest and aren't swayed by nonsensical rants. It makes Intelligent people understand why the policies are what they are , when they see the reasons some of the naysayers give when ...
