I've read plenty of posts from buyers and sellers alike so stating. I never followed up to see if the follow-up's were eventually removed, so I can't say I know for sure. Yes, that's true . . . sellers can leave comments on their OWN feedback in response to the buyer's. But that has...

"How can they send a fake ipod that has the apple logos and all of that without getting in some serious trouble? Wouldn't the apple corp notice this and take some kind of action?" How because few buyers take the time to report it to Ebay here Link And here Link Or to Apple

Not that I owe you private fb posters any further explanation but I sent payment in full the afternoon of the 25th, when I had funds available in my PP account. The funds were returned within 10 minutes On the morning of the 26th I saw your posts cheering because the seller had sold the purse to someone else. Then I left the neg. Ebay pinks and T&S people will be examining that P&S thread. That is why I have left it there. I am sure it...

It's likely that this seller has been around a long time and is unaware they can't state a separate fee. Ebay does like to change policies without proper warning. Unless people come to the boards here, a lot of them would never know what the deal is. The seller should definitely include the tracking in the handling fee. As to the comment from someone about listing lower and all that - how dare they try to get seen! That's...

Check out the Seller's other listings: #38733855711 6 Stink Packs in Assorted Flavours starting bid: $19.99 These are our very popular Holiday Gifts! Our Best Seller: the Smokey Stink Pack and the Perfume Doused Stink Pack. Also included our new and improved Poop Pack . Plus you get the Bonus Pit Pack. Give the Gift that keeps on Stinking! I'm not sure if it's against any rules but it sure isn't very smart. DC is 18 or 19 cents if it's purchased online, 75 at the PO. The seller should have included the DC fee in the stated shipping cost. Adding costs to the invoice is asking for trouble.

He gave you a refund. He doesn't owe you anymore. Get over and move on. I suggest you leave him alone. He's liable to report you for harassment if he hasn't already.

eBay places what they want you to see in search, they just set those they don't aside.

Do you know what day she shipped the jeans? Honestly she may not have done so already. Parcel post can take quite a bit of time. 2-8 business days. The fact that she took so long to ship I believe she owes you Priority Shipping. I am mainly a seller and I would venture to say that most would agree with me.

I would give the seller 3 or 4 days to respond. If no response, I would file an SNAD complaint (Significantly Not As Described)

It can take weeks for items to arrive from Asia, so be patient. However, you are going to get counterfeit items. No-one in asia has access to Ipods.

Did you not file a dispute with Paypal? if that's how you paid, go through them. As for sellers not having stock - this goes on everywhere. Ever gone into a big retailer with your 20% coupon they sent you, advertising their new DVD players and they didn't have any? Don't buy from the big sellers because chances are they aren't really in the USA and are less likely to be able to keep up ...
