Hello all Post #1 Hello all, I guess I'm a little late on the introduction. I'm a DIY beginner that has only made a few relatively simple low voltage audio projects for use with my favorite headphones (Senn fan). I'm still solidly in the understanding phase of things. I appreciate the amount of info from the users here, its been a very valuable source of learning for me while I have lurked.

Post #5 Not fished for years. My parents have a small river passes through their back garden with a lovely little trout pool (and fishing rights in the house deeds). Back when I was a teenager I would camp out on the bank and night fish for trout. These days the River Clyde is much cleaner than before and is restocked with Salmon. They spawn in the shallows of the pool which is an impressive sight. Where in Scotland are you from?

great resource! Post #1 Hi all, from Portland, OR. I am just an amateur hobbyist, a hobby I got into quite a few years ago and then had no time for. Now, I have a lot more time after a disabling injury, and want to do some of the things I used to enjoy. A lot of new stuff to learn and I see that I really need to brush up on my math skills, such as they are. Funny how fast you get rusty. Glad to find such an interesting resource for the...
