i was once a hardcore exercise junkie..at the time i wasnt working fulltime..i had time to spare and i worked out 5 days a week and felt great. Then i changed careers..i work two jobs now..have two kids and a husband and i dont have the same free time i used to.. now when i have free time i have a million other things i need to do... But the excuses have to stop...
