hey dudes, Firstly how much calories and protein contains in a single egg? I eat about 10 eggs a day ( 1 yolk, 10 whites ) Also, calastrol ( cnt spell , soz ) only contains in the yolk yeah? Thanks for help.

I started to learn breakdancing from friends like 3 month ago. I've been working hard. Lost around 20 pounds. I'm 5'11 180 pounds and i'm 16 I want to lose some fats in my Legs, Chest, and arms. Can i get a simple diet for monthly bases? And, what kind of home work out can i do? i.e. numbers of push-ups (kinds of push-ups because i heard a lot of different push-ups work better or faster)...

i didn't really care till i saw this, but it made me wonder you see how theres like "dimples" or w/e in that part of his chest, is that normal, genetic deferormity or does it just happen to some ppl

lol so, i worked them out, extremely hard today, and they're starting to get sore already how often should i work them out? they are REALLY REALLY weak lol compared to the rest of my body i've never really paid attention to them, i dont work them out other than running

I don't have bad acne, but I get random breakouts with one or two pimples and its really frusterating. I play sports alot, which is basically all I do, I have p.e middle of the day in school and such. What are some lotions, or creams that I can use to control breakouts, or such. Same with blackheads

Seriously? I love milk and its one of the more balanced things you can consume next to kidney beans. Milk contains a high amount of fats, carbs, and proteins. If you used a gallon of milk a day to meet your calorie goals it would be one of the cheapest ways to eat outside of eating nothing but oats. For 5 bucks assuming 1% milk you get 1600 calories, 128g protein, 208g carbs and 40g ...

http://www.worldclassnutrition.com/ammas25.html I'm curious if I should buy this instead of buying the 25LBs of protein. I save like 50 bucks off of buying this. I'm just not sure how many servings are in this and such. It has 162 g of carbs/50 g of protein/60 g of sugar/1.1k calories ( roughly ) I think I might need this instead of the basic protein I usually buy since I'm training ...
