hi i havents played since 2004 and i come back now in 2008 and cant get access to my fg some 1 can tell me why ?

ok so im trying to run a new game and every time i start it i can play for like 10-15 mins then it randomly closes :/ if i do that too many times, i get a blue screen saying hardware error, shutting down comp to keep it from damage etc i ran a virus scan cleard cache disk clean up i have like 30 + gigs of free memory on it defragmented lowerd the resolution of the game etc still dont know...

can anyone help me? i'm new and i dun understand wat they mean by service for ubers. say if i wanna get help for ubers do i need to pay them?
