Returnless is easy to mimic: simply install an FPR before the engine and have the fuel return before the engine so all you provide the rail is a feed. I've never screwed with Ford EFI before, but on the other makes that I have the ECU provides the ground to the fuel pump relay. It'll provide that ground when the engine is cranking like Dan said and then it'll look for a tach or airflow signal to know whether or not the...

+1 ^ That chrome tube attached to the factory flat-box intake is a joke. Get the good stuff or just do a drop in filter.

Why would you spend $653 when you could get BBK equal length headers that can fit with slight modification for 400 after being modified?

I thought the FAQ said you couldn't really do it in a 2000. 03+ was the best. And it's pretty much an engine swap. You take out the old one and put a new one in. Get some friends and a pizza and read up how to do general engine swaps.

I know I run about 12:1 on my deceleration, but I don't know if that is bad or good, I ...

There are no shorty headers that I know of that will fit the 03+ cars. My system does not fit and had to be heavily clearanced to clear the steering system. The only headers known to fit the 03+ vics are the Kooks. Let me know if you have any questions
