And that's the way I understand it. The requirement isn't tightly enforced, and the mods do not spend much time moving threads around to more appropriate forums. Rarely does a thread have a long life in the General Discussion Forum anyway ... they just drift off the end of the page. Ole

Gentlemen; The last few postings on this particular thread has been nit picking and not very pleasantly done so. Another rule of Civil War Talk, is not to 'flame' and or 'bait' other members; and respect is earned - not a demand. You (in a general sense) may know it all but it does not give license to be a 'better than thou' or toot back with 'if pigs can fly' or any of the other sarcasms one posts . It...

In the meanwhile, perhaps we can discuss the facts using facts and evidence. No one here thinks its possible to know everything. It is certainly possible to document something instead of just pulling it out of the Giant Invisble Hat (of random ideas). Not all documentation is in the official records (with or without the capitalization of O and R), but documentation is far more reliable than hearsay. Taking things on faith may be doable for...

Arnold showed up at a Democratic function, so the ghey assemblyman from San Francisco, Tom Ammiano, told Arnold to "Kiss my gay arse." This probably prompted Ahnauld's response.

A Soldier's Life For Me In December 1859, I left my home near Mason, Tennessee and went to Texas.
