Sunlight also helps a lot. I have been so lucky that ihaven't had a psoriasis flare in a LONG time. Infact i think the last one i had was when i got married. Stress brings mine on. But after moving to florida i haven't had even one sign of it.. Touch Wood!!

Rather interesting, I thought, that they didn't test the most effective proven treatment: hypnosis.

Cool, but if the colors on my monitor are anywhere near the colors of her makeup, her "light" is 3 or 4 shades too dark. I remember being happy when Victoria's Secret came out with "Pale Nude" hosiery because that was only 1 or 2 shades darker than my skin.

I checked and the study doesn't have any obvious flaws, according to this . There is some discussion of differences according to the type of church - see here .
